Joanna brings extensive knowledge of the Cleaning Industry and Contract / Procurement Services to Vintage Cleaning. Joanna has in excess of 30 year’s knowledge in these industries and has held management positions for the last 30 years. Joanna joined Vintage Cleaning as General Manager in December 2004. Prior to this, Joanna managed in-house (some 350 in-house cleaners) and contracted services within the Department of Housing and Public Works. Prior to coming to Vintage Cleaning, Joanna was the Principal Contracts Officer for a Government Department and formed part of a team that had overall responsible for the development and management of all procured services including maintenance services, supply of goods and minor construction and to support procurement staff across Queensland. Joanna has been instrumental in making positive changes within the cleaning industry. These include the introduction of a verity of working shifts for Government cleaners, increased productivity of Government cleaners, improved procurement process for the development of contract documentation, tender selection processes for contracted cleaning services and other services and has assisted in the development of industry training courses.
Joy is a licenced and registered real estate agent. She has 20 years’ experience in government property and lease management and procurement. Joy has extensive experience in undertaking property inspections, tenancy inspections, tenancy disputes and management of maintenance and upgrade programs
